Here we are again. It’s been over a year since I posted the first “Hello World” post on this blog. That was when I originally finished my very own website and put it live. Now I’m back with the same site, but in a brand new design.
Ever since starting MrJordilicious.com I was looking for it to be more than just a one pager of who I am. I wanted it to be a place where I could write blogs about personal stuff, things that I was up to, as well as share the resources that I make (which are available for free by the way). However in the previous design it wasn’t always possible to make the things I wanted to make. That’s why I set out to update my design and site so that it would allow more freedom to post and share the things I wanted to share!
So here we are. A brand new site, with a familiar look and feel, *BUT* with more space to grow in the future. All my streamer resources have their own spot on the site now, where you can find them more easily. Not just that, but they’re also proudly featured on the homepage, where new ones are automatically added. The same goes for the blog. Before it felt like it was a completely separate site within my site. Now, the homepage, blog, streamer resources and all the pages are much more connected and feel like they really belong together. It’s also a lot easier to find the things you’re looking for!
Now I can make a very long blog post about how the new site came to be, blah blah blah. But I guess, just go ahead and discover it for yourself.
Obviously I did some testing and everything should be where it’s supposed to be and things should work just fine. However, if you happen to find a page or section that doesn’t seem to work the way it should, let me know (which you can do on a comment on this post, or for instance via Twitter). That’s also where you can let me know what you think of the new design.
Thanks as always for all the support I’ve received over the years on my content. I’m not gonna stop and will keep improving and working towards my content creation goals. I hope you’ll be joining me for the ride!
